چکیده

The article presents materials on optimizing the conditions for growing pike-perch during larval period of development in an artificially created environment. problems associated with complexity embryonic and post-embryonic development, transition larvae from endogenous to exogenous food, their rearing artificial feed, causes cannibalism have been described. goal was obtain analyze results closed water supply using living organisms as starter feed. a study reproduction industrial aqua complex Coastal Scientific Expeditionary Base “Kagalnik” SSC RAS (Rostov Region, Azov District) are presented, describes recirculating aquaculture system. values main hydrochemical parameters environment fish tanks, necessary ensure normal growth larvae, well characteristics survival experiments, given. As result, biotechnical standards by intensive method developed. For high it is timely feeding – after filling swim bladder switching active feeding. diet should be varied terms species composition zooplankton. To prevent among farmed fish, important maintain at optimal level, presence food tank also necessary.

Species richness and diversity of the parasites of two predatory fish species - perch (Perca fluviatilis Linnaeus, 1758) and zander (Sander lucioperca Linnaeus, 1758) from the Pomeranian Bay.

Pomeranian Bay as an ecotone is a transition zone between two different biocenoses, which is characterized by an increase in biodiversity and species density. Therefore, Pomeranian Bay is a destination of finding and reproductive migrations of fish from the rivers entered the area. The aim of the study was to compare parasitic fauna of two predatory fish species from the Pomeranian Bay, collect...

Genome Sequence of a Ranavirus Isolated from Pike-Perch Sander lucioperca

The pike-perch iridovirus (PPIV) was isolated in Finland from apparently healthy pike-perch fingerlings during routine disease surveillance. Our phylogenomic analysis revealed that PPIV is the first fish member of a clade of ranaviruses previously described from European and Chinese amphibians.

Genetic analysis of pike-perch, Sander lucioperca L., populations revealed by microsatellite DNA markers in Iran

This study was conducted in order to investigate genetic diversity and population structure of pike-perch in the Northern part of Iran. For this purpose, 207 adult pike-perches from four regions of the Caspian Sea watershed (Talesh Coasts, Anzali Wetland, Chaboksar Coasts and Aras Dam) were collected. DNA was extracted and by using 15 pairs of microsatellite primers, Polymerase Chain Reaction (...

Isolation of an iridovirus from pike-perch Stizostedion lucioperca.

We have isolated a large virus from pike-perch Stizostedion lucioperca fingerlings with no signs of disease. The biochemical structural, and serological properties of this newly isolated virus suggest that it belongs to the family Iridoviridae. The virus multiplied and was cytopathogenic in several cultured fish cell lines. The virus has a DNA-containing genome and is assembled in the cytoplasm...
